Yes I measured with Afterburner graphing / benchmark tooling. During install of afterburner you must use select rtss rivaturner statistics because this gives you the option to monitor the frame time. I turned Freesync / Gsync off. I disabled all power-saving features and turned everything up.

6900 XT coil whine got a lot less after running Furmark for 1 hour a few times and playing games for 2 weeks.

I have not received shipping confirmation yet. This is my second 6900 XT. They are very late this time around. Last time I got confirmation on Friday. I ordered my first card 2 weeks ago and I'm very happy with it!
